Margaret M Slim Fit Pants

After giving birth, it takes time to get your body back to normal. It's been already 3 months and I am almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight. As a working mom, I now look for cute clothing that is also comfortable and slimming.

Pants: Margaret M  // Shoes: Tod's // Bag: YSL // Blazer: Vintage similar here // Belt: Linea Pelle

Derek Lam 10 Crosby [Steal]

I have been drawn to this brand for quite a while now. I'll admit that I did buy several pieces that were inspired by the designer and created by the fast fashion industry, and which now I regret. I have been trying not to buy from fast fashion companies and instead focusing on quality pieces (used or new) that can be worn many times.

Nursery Ideas for baby Girl [Steal]

It took us a while to finish the nursery. In the beginning, I had no idea what I wanted.
I started looking for one type of furniture style and ended up with something totally different.

My Top 10 Makeup Products

Coping with quarantine has been a struggle. I have had ups and downs, plus my pregnancy. It is hard to try and keep it "normal" because it is not normal being home for more than 50 days. However, I am thankful to have a home, a job, health, and a supportive husband. All right let's focus on what I really want to talk to you about; MAKEUP!

Flowy Dresses [Steal]

Being pregnant means your cloths stops fitting at week 20 something. Although I still have several flowy dresses that fit I do have to buy bigger stuff because the belly keeps growing. I have only bought 2 maternity denim and I refuse to buy any more. Well, it turns out that flowy dresses are a trend for this spring/summer.  So us pregnant ladies are in luck!

Pregnancy at 35

I usually don't share personal things through here but today I feel motivated to share my pregnancy experience with you. I know I have been MIA for a while now, but there has been a lot going on in my life. Aside from having a lot of work my belly has been growing. I realized I was pregnant last October. I was shocked! I mean I knew it was going to happen since I was not taking any precaution but I thought it was going to take a bit longer.

Rugrats Sweater [Mix & Match]

I found this cute Rugrats sweater at a sale rack for only $7! I loved the color combination, plus I used to watch Rugrats when growing up.  Since I loved it so much I've been wearing it constantly.  The first time I wore the sweater with some washed jeans and oversized blazer because of the '90s!

Black Winter Coats [Steals]

This winter I realized I didn't have any black wool coats in my closet. I have a plaided white and black coat but not an all-black one. I believe having a black coat in your closet is essential. It is a classic staple that could last you many years to come. This weekend I went shopping and stumbled upon a beautiful Trina by Trina Turk black coat with faux fur (removable) collar.

Vancouver Canada [Travel Guide]

After visiting the state of Washington we thought it was a good idea to visit Canada since we were already so close. We bought an Amtrack (train) ticket from Seattle to Vancouver. We made arrangements to fly back from Canada to San Antonio. The train ride was great! They offer WiFi and a cafeteria, in case you get hungry. It was a 4-hour trip.
