Undoubtedly one of my favorite drinks [year round] is the Moscow Mule. During summer there is nothing more refreshing than a tropical fruit like pineapple, so I decided to mix both and created a Pineapple Moscow Mule. The mixing of all the ingredients gives it a sweet, tangy and refreshing taste! Perfect for summer!
Here is the recipe so you can try it yourself!
INGREDIENTS:
1 Lime
1 Gosling's Ginger Beer [my favorite brand]
1 Shot of Vodka [Depending on the Drinker]
1 Shot of Pineapple juice
Pineapple pieces [optional]
Put in a copper mug: Ice + Shot of Vodka + Shot of Pineapple Juice + Ginger Beer + Lime. [I added pieces a pineapple to make it even sweeter] mix, drink and enjoy!
