Hearts, Polka-Dots and Velvet for Valentine's [Steal]

This will be my first Valentine's day as a married woman. Usually, my husband surprises me with flowers or chocolates and I surprise him with some artisan beer or with his favorite candy and stay home. Although this year will not be any different, I wanted to share with you an outfit idea. Also, the huge steal I found.
The huge steal I am referring to are these heart-shaped sunglasses that are perfect for Valentine's day. When I saw the YSL Lou Lou Heart Sunglasses my heart skipped a beat, but when I saw the price, I almost had a heart attack LOL! They cost about $450, the same as a RT ticket to Puerto Rico or Costa Rica (I need a vacation). I mean I do love them, but should I spend that much money on a pair of sunnies that I will forget about in a few months? I decided to search on Amazon.com for a steal, and I found them! For only a minimal fraction of the cost ($9.99), I got me some cute heart-shaped sunglasses! I was between the red and black, even the white ones are cute. I did not buy all colors, but I was very tempted.

Moving on to the outfit. I bought these polka-dot trousers at TJMaxx (I should be a brand ambassador for them). I couldn't find the link to the exact product but found very similar ones. I really love how they fit and that they have pockets (I love pockets). I have been liking a lot of polka-dot pieces lately. I have polka-dot fever! I was going to wear the pants with a bell sleeve top, but since it was really cold I decided to use my velvet top and blazer. I added the belt to accentuate my waist (because I have none). I wanted to wear my black pumps or some red shoes from Who What Wear that I recently bought online from Target, but like I said it was too cold so I ended up wearing these red velvet booties. It gives the outfit a pop a color. Plus, I am trying to use them as much as possible before the hot weather arrives.

I hope you guys have a loving and wonderful Valentine's Day! Remember,  you don't have to break the bank to look fabulous! God bless the internet for that!
