A trend that is also popular during summer 2019 is tops with puffy sleeves! These sleeves remind me of the one's queens and princesses use in movies. Like Fiona from Shrek! HA! Well maybe not the best example, but you get the point!
I got this Puffy Sleeve Top from SheIn. It is a bit tight, but I really like how it kind of looks like a bodysuit, without being one. I feel this top is a very basic item but with a bit of edge (the puffy sleeves). I got this brandless skirt while thrifting, it has no tags, but it feels new. You guys voted 61% YES. I first envisioned wearing it with a graphic tee, but I realized I have no cool ones (I'm working on it) so I went with the most obvious choice, basic, black, puffy sleeve top. I think it looks pretty cute. I paired it with some colorful fun earrings, wedges and my shrimp dupe bag, that my husband hates.
