Vancouver Canada [Travel Guide]

After visiting the state of Washington we thought it was a good idea to visit Canada since we were already so close. We bought an Amtrack (train) ticket from Seattle to Vancouver. We made arrangements to fly back from Canada to San Antonio. The train ride was great! They offer WiFi and a cafeteria, in case you get hungry. It was a 4-hour trip.

After whale watching, we planned to travel south of Seattle towards Mt. Rainer. We really like to hike, especially in cool places with pine trees and mountains. I researched beforehand and many of the views were amazing!

My husband and I had been planning this trip since 2015. We weren't married yet, but we were celebrating our anniversary. We had to postpone the trip because of family matters. After 4 years we decided to finally make the trip. This time we celebrated 2 years of marriage so we booked our flight to Seattle. Since our anniversary is September 30 we always travel during mid-October (accountant life) which happens to be one of the best times to go whale watching!

Last week I visited Seattle, Washington. This city is also, called the Emerald City because of its green landscape! It rains almost every day and the temperature is amazing! After visiting Mexico City, we flew into Zacatecas where the wedding was taking place. Zacatecas is a colonial small town with beautiful landscapes and cobblestone streets. Mexico City [Travel Guide]

One of my best friends got married last weekend in Zacatecas, Mexico. The cheapest way to travel was flying from Mexico City. We decided to fly non-stop SAT-MEX and stay there for two days before the wedding festivities. Mexico City is one of the biggest cities in the world! I've never seen so many people in my life! Also, it is filled with culture and amazing history! I can say it is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever seen.

Castello di Amorosa -Day One [Napa Travel Guide]

I just came back from Napa, I was there for a bachelorette trip. I had such an amazing time! Drinking wine and most importantly spending time with my girlfriends! I know Napa sounds too relaxing for a bachelorette trip, but let me just say "this is 30".  In this post, I will show you what we did the first full day in Napa. San Francisco [Travel]

After spending time hiking and kayaking at Tahoe we went back to San Francisco. We made a quick stop at NAPA and just went straight to the first vineyard in the map, had a wine tasting and went back on the road. I will probably go back in March to NAPA so I will be posting more about it then. Let's talk about San Francisco.

My husband planned an anniversary trip. He wanted to go somewhere secluded where we could enjoy nature. He chose Tahoe. Since I am more of a city girl, we had to compromise and go to a place that has it both. So, we flew into San Francisco and drove 3.5 hours north to Truckee, California. It was a great adventure.

Royalton Riviera Maya [Travel] Hotel Review

This past week I traveled to Cancun for a relaxing vacation. My mom, aunt, and my brother's family came along. My brother and his wife were the ones that arranged the hotel, choosing the Royalton. This all-inclusive resort has 5-star ratings. To be honest it has been the best all-inclusive I’ve stayed in. Not sure if it’s because they opened a few years ago but the service and most importantly the food was outstanding. If you are planning a trip to the Rivera Maya and want to stay in an all-inclusive, I would definitely recommend The Royalton. Here are a few tips if you stay here.

Travel Guide and Advice to Machu Picchu

If you are planning on visiting Peru make sure Machu Picchu is on the list. Machu Picchu is one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and it is a must! I've seen many pictures but being there is something else, it is out of this world. It is incredible to see how the Incas created this citadel on the top of the mountains. I would love to go into details about the history and who discovered these ruins (Hiram Bingham in 1911) but I will let you research it or let your tour guide tell you all about it. It is very important to buy your tickets before traveling, probably months in advance. I think we bought ours like one month before the trip. They do not sell tickets at the entrance. Sayulita Pueblo Mágico [Travel]

Sayulita was one of the places we visited during my bachelorette party.  I really wanted to visit this town because it’s on the list of “Pueblos Magicos”.  (What does that mean? That it is a "Magical Village" is a place with symbolism, legends, history, important events, day-to-day life – in other words, "magic" in its social and cultural manifestations, with great opportunities for tourism.)

Guide for a Bachelorette Party in Mexico [Travel]

A month ago my friends and I were celebrating my bachelorette party in Mexico! 
I wanted to go to Puerto Vallarta-Punta Mita-Sayulita, So we did! We had an amazing time. As I mentioned in my previous post "Punta Mita", we stayed at the Iberostar Punta Mita and transported ourselves in a taxi. We had a blast, although I got sea sick, I will do it all over again, but this time with some Dramamine.

I just came back from Punta Mita, Nayarit, a small town on Mexico's Pacific Coast. This beautiful village is in the middle of the jungle where there are many high-end resorts, golf courses, and upscale homes.
